Every fee disclosed before you commit. The total you see is the total you pay.
Wills, certain affidavits, and some trust documents require witness signatures alongside the notarization. I can bring a witness with me to mobile appointments.
Schedule your spot on the monthly apostille run to the Washington Secretary of State in Tumwater.
Once a month, on the third Thursday, I make the 2.5-hour round trip to Tumwater personally. Your $250 covers the full service: Kitsap County pickup, round-trip travel, same-day counter filing at the Secretary of State, and return delivery.
Requests for each month’s run close on the 2nd Thursday of that month — giving me time to coordinate pickups and confirm the client minimum before departure. If you’re not sure whether the deadline has passed, just email me and I’ll let you know.
Once I confirm your appointment with a firm quote, the $40 booking deposit secures a time slot that is no longer available to other clients. This deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances, including situations where the appointment cannot be completed due to missing or expired identification, unsigned or incomplete documents, signers who are not present, or client cancellation. Same-day appointments do not require a deposit — full payment is collected at signing.
Life happens — I understand that. The booking deposit is non-refundable in all cases, but rollovers are available depending on how much notice you give.
24+ hours notice — your deposit rolls over to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.
2–24 hours notice — your deposit rolls over one time to a rescheduled appointment within 14 days.
Less than 2 hours notice — the deposit is forfeited. A new deposit is required to book again.
Rollovers are a courtesy and are not guaranteed for repeat cancellations.
To complete your notarization I will need: a valid, current, government-issued photo ID for every signer; the document unsigned — signing happens in my presence; and all required signers physically present (or connected by video for RON).
I am a commissioned notary public, not an attorney. I cannot give legal advice, explain what a document means legally, advise whether you should sign, or draft legal documents. My role is to verify your identity, witness your signature, and certify the notarial act — nothing more, nothing less.
Send a quick note about what you need and I'll confirm the right service and a complete cost estimate before we book.
