Priority Scheduling adds $25 for weekend or holiday appointments. The Concierge Fee adds $50 for appointments after 7:00 pm any day.
Mileage is billed at the IRS standard rate of $0.725 per mile, round trip from Bremerton.

A valid, current government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The ID must not be expired.
